My dispute with T-mobile needs taking to the next level.

They've cut me off the c**ts.

But I fear this will lead me to lots of problems.

But I refuse to pay all these incorrect charges. But now already the 'balance' is £350.00

Plus if I try to break the contract they'll try to charge me for what's left. I will go legal on them.

I no longer use any data whilst abroad as I got stung on that before.

I made 3 legitimate calls.
The rest are all mistakes. They are like calls of 2 seconds duration to own number. And they are all duplicated.

I said to them several times why would I call myself for 2 seconds let alone do it twice at exactly the same time.

Mate...be careful this doesn't end up your credit history and you suddenly get a call from a debt collector for the £350.

money expert should be of assistance here.

Need is as evidence in your claim.

And also look on forums for people in similar dispute with T3.

And of course - contact your local citizens advice and trading standards office.

Good luck.

A deposit which, it turns out, was non-refundable.

I hung up, called back, and the person i spoke to simply did it with no problems.

Orange are f**king clueless.

is your own mobile number (likely but some networks do have a diff number) if so then you were likely dialling your voicemail in your pocket etc, but your VM is likely unavailable while overseas which is why it cut off after a second or 2.

Either way, I think Ofcom will find in T-Mobile's favour and T-Mobile are going to want paying for it, as you would have made a call they are being charged for whether it connected or not.
