Sometimes funny. Sometimes annoying.

Like many of the current crop they have a novelty factor that wears off and they become predictable

John Bishop is another as is (unfortunately) Micky Flanagan

Micky still has his moments for me though

People think she's like some sort of low rent Miranda but she's probably the best dirty stand up since Frank Skinner started off in the late 80s/early 90s

And so tends to annoy little. But she can be very funny

I only realised she was actually funny after inadvertently listening to her on a podcast with Richard Herring.

Although, I did go and see Josie Long with very low expectations, and she was ace (for a girl).

Though I've paid money to see most comedians live, even Jack Whitehall

We had got to the point that they weren't living up to the hype and decided if "tonight's" doesn't cut the mustard we'd knock 'em on the head. It was Micky Flanagan at the Hammersmith Apollo and he was fücking hilarious. Spent the journey home tapping each other on the arm going "Oi oi, what about the XXX one" :hehe:

He was excellent. Funny bloke

The likes of Stewart Lee leaves me completely cold. Saw him once and wanted to walk out he was that bad. Trying too hard too be edgy imo. Cünt
