Where he openly admits that the experiment with the mikes for that game at milwall was a witch hunt of arsenal- programme format changed, selectively edited, with beeps inserted to suggest that our players were swearing when in fact they werent.

For those of you who consider all conspiracy theories to be nonsense..... :-)

He does not say that the experiment was designed to from his or the FA point of view. In a nutshell, television programme that wanted to show something sensational showed something sensational

This at the time, following the public reaction. As could the FA

As far as i recall, they said nothing at all.

and rather than launch a defence they just ignored it and wished it to go away. I must admit that interview made me look at Elleray in a new light. Still think he was prone to lying to the press after games when he made a controversial decision. ie saying he sent Freddie off for something that actually happened after he showed the red card. Saying the had given a free kick before the Chesterfield "goal" in their semi against Middlesbrough crossed the line when he clearly gave it for a push after the ball had come back off the bar. c**t basically

Is in thinking that you can get all these decisions right. Truth is, much of the time refs are guessing or back ing a hunch over what they think they have seen. I would estimate thy probably only see, properly, about 60 % of the decisions they have to make.

I can accept a chaotic performance. Its the staunch homer i cant live with, the guy who is only ever going to give the big decisions one way.

And poll of course. Total c**t.

line, but whinged about giving a cast iron one when the game just about was over. I found that paragraph quite amusing.

Its only poll, riley and dowd who are on the utter c**t list, for repeated offences.

For example, i quite liked durkin, in a way :-)

And so classed the keeper's challenge in the same way as a tackle that floors a guy just after a shot. They are fouls, but are never given.

The giroud one was more ludicrous than most.....

Likes to 'let the game flow'......ie hates foreign players and is a massive racist.

I wont tolerate racism. Surprised at you......... :hehe:

I was referring to the Kanchelskis won, I think, and it looks totally different to the won I remembered. Some won must have doctored the video :hehe:

I remember Ellery saying that there was shirt pulling for 40 yards, or something along those lines. Memory is now hazy or, totally not bothered about incidents in games between ManU and Chelsea
