Liston said on the way to the hospital something about 'that was not the kid I was supposed to fight '.....one of the saddest sporting occasions of my childhood was watching Ali fight Holmes :-(

ESPN aired a documentary about that a few years ago, twas pretty good stuff. Should be floating around the internet somewhere.


Ali was surrounded by the wrong kind of people imo.
