It's maybe a fine line for you, FE, but if I were to stalk D-bag7 and entered his abode, then he could shoot me.

I'm assuming that D-bag7 will meet me straight up, which come to think of it is not exactly a fair assumption.

He might rally his needle tat crew and then I would have to deal with those pesky needles coming at me.

He must be a very confident individual to issue repeated threats. I have no intention of engaging with him, but will naturally defend myself if attacked. He has rather foolishly established himself as a legitimate imminent threat.
