I try but I always get fobbed off.

I have a problem with my phone bill. it's £250 for roaming charges whilst I was abroad.

They are all listed as phone calls.
They are all listed to my own number. they all have 1 or 2 second duration. And they are duplicated.

I told t-mobile this is impossible. How can I call myself twice at the same time. and why the f**k would I call myself?

'i'm sorry the charges apply'

I said give me your head office details. Now I Have to go through this bull**** of writing a letter.

Thank god I don't pay by direct debit. c**ts.

£750 - £680 of which was a 'cancellation charge' which I found bizarre given I didn't want to cancel my phone.

Anyway, it took a long time to get it sorted. They agreed it had been put on my account by mistake but the team that could remove it had gone home (it was about 18:30). I told them that I didn't believe that there was anyone in the building right now that could help and eventually I spoke to some manager who got me my money back within about 10 minutes.

He also gave me one month's free line rental to say sorry :cloud9:

I purposely pay by card now to avoid them just helping themselves to my money.

I only used direct debit for payments that are a fixed amount each month.

But clearly something is not right. even if I made the calls they are all duplicated so it should be halved at least.
