firstly though man united were far sharper then real tonight for 60 mintues.
Real were very poor and jose got it wrong not starting modric from the start. Man united did their typical anti football tactics in europe of sitting back and playing on the counter attack. It was working against a very poor real madrid peformance.
nani sending off changed the whole game. No doubt deserved. High kick which could have really hurt his opponent. roy keane got it spot on. In my view when you leave your leg that high up your asking for trouble. Dangerous tackle and sending off without a doubt.
Real though are far from a great team for me. their nowhere near the team they were under del bosque when they won it. too reliant on ronlado and lack a world class striker. Think they are beatable to be honest.
we the only english team left and still got a chance in munich next week. lets go for it :-)
