Wasting so many hours by f**king about having pointless meetings.

everything has to be a meeting.

even if 2 people are gonna chat for 5 mins about something that's not even confidential in the slightest they book a meeting room.

to format some report or graph in such a way that it saves them about three seconds of thinking time - assuming they are actually able to think that hard anyway.

There should always be an executive summary which tells them which high-powered and expensive executive decision to make, but only they can make it, even though we have to tell them what it should be, but only they are important enough to make that decision and command four times (or forty times) our salary.
