the defence could improve vastly if Steve Bould was given "time and access to work with them". Whether TA holds a grudge against Wenger, or his mate Bould told him this I guess we won't find out any time soon.

People have their own approach and it's a danger to read too much into a situation but there's no banter or much engagement going on between the pair.
Bouldy looks to be there for the cheque and very little else.
