View Full Version : It’s very rare to see people credit the opposition for scoring their goals.

Always it’s ******** player X, f**kwit player Y, the stupid senile c**t of a manager Z. No way can the opposition ever be good enough, quick enough, clever enough or even lucky enough to have scored a goal all by themselves.

Even Bayern Munich are not considered good enough to have deserved their goals without them having been gifted to them by our incompetence. Perhaps this reveals a lack of respect for the opponents. Perhaps it is just introspective narcissism. I wonder if fans of all clubs do the same?

year in year out that frustrates.
Ball watching static defending, succession of average keepers..

What happened to the old gag of how many Arsenal players to change a light bulb.

everything that's wrong with modern society.

The willingness of the disenfranchised lower classes to openly celebrate their mediocrity.

Pretty disgusting :-| I felt to vomit for most of the 2nd half.

Kroos looks a hell of a player and will happily admit I'd never heard of him before. I can't get my head round Muller being any good though

Disappointing, obviously, but was probably the most likely result.

The Blackburn result was far, far worse in one than one respect.

Celebrating the fact they got their first throw in in the offensive third. Celebrating they had their first corner. Celebrating they had their first shot on goal.

ALL IN THE LAST 15 minutes when they were well and truly beaten.

They're not football fans. A great day out many of them said on leaving Wembley. Really? Go see a fkin movie next time and stay the f**k away from football.

Simply coupled with the embarrassing defeat the previous weekend it became so in the media.

Similarly if we were to lose to Spurs and (unlikely but possible) Everton then the return leg, which is effectively a dead rubber, will become a game of paramount importance.

I don't need Shearer to tell me the bleeding obvious.

MOTD is what the fast forward button is for.
