+ Developing young players - Jenkinson, Wilshere
+ Good signings in the transfer market - Santi, Podolski, Giroud (?). Vieira etc before that
+ Good scouting network - managed to get Toral, Bellerin from Barca. I doubt David Moyes or someone like him could attract such player.
+ Good man management - players like & respect him



Bad
- Not tactical aware - not anywhere near as good as Fergie or Mourinho
- Weak Defensively for years.
- Players are weak mentally in big games. Can motivate them?
- Problems with flat wage structure - squad players paid too much
- Don't defend corners well enough
- Sticks with players who are obviously **** - Almunia
- Not good at picking Captains and it disrupts the team - Gallas & now Vermaelen
- Is never critical of players and they hide behind it. They aren't accountable to mistakes. (Who knows what is said behind closed doors though)
- not enough competition in Squad. Our 2 backup keepers are clowns
