Been coming. Fact is not hit same heights in Europe since 2011. Dominate poor league in Spain with great player in messi
. But in Europe against decent teams their their poor defence and over reilance on messi gets exposed. they won champions league twice with strikers supporting messi. First ego and henry in 2009 and then villa and Pedro in 2011. But with villa or Pedro outcasts and Sanchez a not great replacement they struggle to break down these teams

Really improve positions they needed to in defence and attack.

and the ones who don't are increasingly going abroad. You would have been better off pointing out that there are four Spanish teams in the last 16 of the Champions League but as three of them lost and the other drew at home, not sure that is a great indicator either

Sandi or mats or sliva or monareal all play in England. La logs got some great players but top two or three are miles ahead of rest. Barca not tested enough so not ready for europes demands

Think barca and real dominance meant anyone outside two struggled to keep their best Spanish players who go aboard. Along with that you have two teams untested in Europe. this hurts against teams in Europe that know how to defend

two in a massive way.

Barca tika taka football far to slow and heavy compared to few years ago. Add to that a defence that can be exposed at every second and you see their issues.

When you look at the debt clubs like Malta its unreal. Also tv rights deal protects barca and real over everyone else in spain

Sure, I own a ridiculous amount of obscure football kits (Fiorentina Away, Boca, Cameroon, Benfica, Twente, Norrkopping, Spartak Moscow to name but a few). I also listen to most of the football podcasts, have read all that David Winner, Simon Kuper and Wilson have written.

Maybe I just like football though, I'm far too old to be a hipster. My jeans are all baggy, I rock no facial hair and I dont own a truckers cap.
