It's clear the club has stagnated and Arsene no longer seems capable of getting beyond where we are. I realize most clubs would love to be in the top 4 every year but we've made no progress whatsoever.

It's time for a change, even if it means taking a step backwards first, so be it. When the same problems persist year after year regardless of the personnel it becomes a coaching issue. We have not been good enough defensively to challenge for real honours for at five or six years now. One season is just becoming a re-run of the previous year.
