He is clearly an exceptional finisher. If the team was more geared towards getting him into shooting positions then perhaps we would have more success.

The problem is that he likes to play off a traditional number 9 and Wenger has a abandoned 4-4-2.

Podolski has the same problem for Germany on the left now instead of tucked in behind Klose like when he started hs international career.
