the criteria for measuring success is now different to what it was in previous managers times.
I will take Mee's Euro final ( Fairs Cup) and GG's Cup Winners ones over Wenger's losing two Euro finals - and going around like a white mouse on a wheel to no purpose CL stints over the past 7 years.
Wenger won trophies in 4 seasons out of 15. I have never checked the averages on this in comparison to Chapman's tenure,and I wasn't around in his time,but my dad ,who is dead now was,and he rated Chapman as being the best Arsenal manger he had ever seen. I would rather take his view on this as being right than your own one Titi.
