Lazio conceded 2 penalties with arms grappling around Monchengladbach defenders.

First one the Lazio defender got sent off (2nd yellow) but penalty missed. The 2nd one just there Lazio defender booked and Monchengladbach scored.

Hope the refs have woken up...
