and also have designs on power. The only people who want to die in North Korea are the ones impoverished by their rulers and therefore have no power.

A lot of the time their claims aren't taken seriously because they amount to nothing. But with increasing long range missile tests and now this shrunken neuclear warhead test it seems they're becoming a little more active. Perhaps with the leadership change from Dear Leader to Supreme Leader comes increased volatility?

I don't think China would get embroilled because their economy sells so much to the western world. If we started imposing sanctions it would cripple them.

This isn't a concern for North Korea, though. They don't seem to give a sh*t if their people starve as a result. And their propaganda machine is so strong that the people all think that they're the best thing since sliced bread anyway. I really don't think that any amount of sanctions that the US impose on them will make a difference.

Bizarre country imo.
