Do Arsenal get some sort of trophy for leading the campaign?

"trophy" as a euphemism for a target to be aimed for. The targets being 1) winning the Premier League 2) finishing in the champions league places 3) winning the fa cup 4) winning the capital one cup.

I think only a gigantic **** would keep on using it as a stick to beat him.

The carling cup the other year would have been perfect.

However I do believe we will win the Fa cup this season.

As good a chance this year as any of the past dozen

, and incredibly motivated, teams along the way. Basically we'd need a sizeable chunk of luck to do it, and it's a competition that is invariably won on merit.

but when they were able to move forward, they did so with purpose and quality.

Whereas when we went there, on the rare occasions we got the ball we literally hoofed it as far away as possible. Even the likes of Rosicky - one of our most experienced and creative players - was doing it :-(

as Chelsea were still very well organised with a number of players playing "out of position".

Barca hit the woodwork about three times and Cech pulled off three world-class saves in that second half, plus there were a couple of bad misses. 8 decent chances in a half against a packed defence is not next to nothing
