even looked like he could cross. Carries on like that Gibbs won't be back in the first 11.

The new guy will probably end up coming off the bench to play left midfield to shore games up that we're winning - a bit like Ramsay does on the right.

Maybe it isn't far fetched but the "new lad" is a full Spanish international who is going to get a run of games now. Assuming he plays well, it is quite probable that he would keep his place above England's fourth choice for the rest of the season. Gibbs is more likely to be the one fulfilling the role in the scenario above

both agree it would be unlike Wenger to curb that.

it would make sense to have him playing league games as well. Though we can both probably agree he won't be fit again for longer than they say :neg:
