My Stokie pal at work went to it.
City had the whole of the South Stand so the usual Stoke lot who are behind the goal got shifted to the sides.
After the goal went in they all started to leave early.
Outside the ground they started making their way to the buses which was by the Stoke exit and by the big screen in the corner of the away end.
I'm told as my mate was leaving all he could see was Stoke fans loading up Snowballs. One guy had 8 with him.
He said as he got to the away end what he saw was akin to scene from Gladiators (unleash hell) but instead of arrows it was snowballs @ the city fans. At one stage there was over 500 snowballs in the air making their way towards the City fans.
One Fat lad all wrapped in Sky Blue was leaving early was hit over a dozen times before he finally fell to the ground and then the Stoke fans moved in and nailed him close range 40-50 times.
