Arfan Bhatti, who is a Norwegian citizen, went to Afghanistan to fight the holy war against the infidels. He said himself, that he regarded Norwegian forces as living targets and walking dead.
Now he's missing and his friends and family wants the Norwegian authorities to help them find him.
The pic is a photo shop and shows Bhatti together with well known "missed person hunter" Tore på sporet" ("Tore on the track") who has a popular TV show where he finds relatives for people, e.g. adopted kids' real parents, their dad who left them when they were born etc.
