apparently he wanted to get knocked out so they can concentrate on 4th and winning the Europa League as that will give them better exposure in Europe wiith which to sign top players....we just laughed at him

I suppose some players haven't even heard of them. Zidane certainly hadn't.

At least we took that tie all the way to penalties, and now look, they're finalists!

:hehe: No such consolation for sorry Spurs.

 Is this a good time to be playing Liverpool midweek now?

ie no Chelsea, Spurs, Liverpool or Mancs. Of course would prefer a final in which I want one team to win if it us :-)

I was there for that one at the Goldstone :-)

If only FA Cup weekends could always be like that (in retrospect, Brighton's vanishing taxis, vanishing bus drivers etc did not get in the way much).

you do know that Swansea is in Wales and therefore supported by Welsh types?

The Welsh will also be quiet after their complete humiliation in the Six Nations :Englandgrandslam: *

*or possibly French

the perfect 6 nations draw is
Italy A
Scotland A
and then the other 3 at home, although we'd still probably go and lose at Murrayfield

I don't think we'll win the grand slam but hopefully the title will be ours

Brad Barritt runs down a blind alley against Scotland

So if Italy (a) Scot (a) it's also France (a) ??

I know we always play France and Italy in even years. Went to the Stadio Flamio in 2004 and had a ticket for the French game but couldn't make it.
