i got off my depression tip with testing myself till near death then realised i wanted to live ...discovered that moment when 30 hours into solo hiking trip in november in french alps stuck in a couloir on scree n snow with 500m drop just 40m below me..for each meter up lost two down, took 3 hours getting out, no water..saw rabbit look at me and skip up the couloir..realised i wanted to live. only took 120£ flight to geneva and 40 squid on train then slept rough and hit mountains

or drive / train to wales , scotland etc or learn surfing n try some big cornish storms..in the end it got rid of bad thoguhts...at one point used to always on A roads have to talk to myself to not swerve into oncoming trucks! ol fash been there too, give us a shout if need help..
