Must be punished whether the kick connected or not. My argument is it was not a boy and the young mans behaviour to begin with was wrong. Diving onto a ball ffp. The subsequent so called assault although wrong was hardly Gbh and no damage was done except to HazArds reputation. And the reaction by some of the ****s who commented anyone would think the ball boy was a little young lad of around 10. Judging by the size of him Hazard was lucky he didn't get smashed by the young man.
