If the so called ball boy was indeed a kid I would want hazard up on a charge. It was a 17 year old man. He was as tall as some of those assisting him in getting up. He was stocky in build and almost as tall as Hazard ffs. He cheated by smothering the ball and Chels needed two goals quickly. He kicked the ball from under him. He got the ball. The ball spun out. Before that happened the so called "boy" shielded the ball from hazard using his bulk to prevent Hazard from getting it.
The whole thing was a joke.
