would be enough I think. Obviously there'll be some collateral, but perhaps to keep it fair we should have a sin-bin system - say, bans of 1 to 2 weeks. Then people can be allowed back, knowing that f they misbehave again, they won't be able to post for a while.

It won't be a smooth transition, but I reckon long term it would work.
