What I don't understand is, why we started so poorly again today

Can wenger not motivate the team? Why did half time have to change things?

Spurs were up for it from the first minute today, playing the top team. They were not intimidated at all. Same with city , Chelsea , Everton etc. wenger is finished.

But the teams around us are never like this. Also - against the likes of Norwich we get complacent easily, why??? Either wenger isn't saying the right things before the games or all players aren't listening. I go for the former, which is why we played better second half.
