because it is difficult to believe when you're a player in the current arsenal environment.

the fans don't believe in you, the media doesn't, opposition team and fans certainly don't...and you lose your best players every summer. this negative momentum is hard break....specially when you as a player look around and you actually see the squad isnt that strong....

its natural to develop this inferiority complex....martesacker said last week they were scared...its understandable..

the environment around the clubs needs to change..as a player you're not going to believe because the manager stands there and says comon believe...

we need a positive momentum...which can only come from the top....i.e new ambition...new aims and targets...and then positive feedback from media and fans...then...only then can you bring back that belief and arrogance in to the squad
