by definition a waste of time.

I find it staggering how people settle for second best when it comes to confectionary

Mind you, they were much better when they were roundtrees and wrapped in foil

so eat one! Don't then kid yourself by eating what is essentially a small unpleasant biscuit that will leave you feeling both unsatisfied and mildly sick.

good chocolate that it's affected my palette and given me a low tolerance of anything artificial tasting, which applies to pretty much all mass-market milk chocolate.

I've also had the best steaks money can buy but it doesn't mean I can no longer tolerate a kebab under the correct circumstances.

The ****er comment was at you trying to do that whole aloof thing, it was a poor attempt imo.

top steak but at the cost of a kebab, surely you'd do it? I appreciate that sometimes only a dirty kebab will do he job, but more often than not you'd go for the steak, right?

And with chocolate, that same option is open to you. There is stuff available on the high street that is no more expensive than your kit kats or mars bars but are of infinitely higher quality.
