The f#cker wrote a letter to the fans saying he WOULD 100% leave at the end of the season. Walk into any club he wanted. Was Club captain. Absolutely no chance we should have kept him and extra 12 months, with him not wanting to be there and with him being as disrespectful as he was, just to see him walk into ManU anyway, for free.
Ridiculous to think we wanted to sell. We did not. The greedy f#cker forced his way out, and we maximized the cash from him. Only reasonable thing to do. If ManU or Man City wanted to pay a ridiculous 24m for the two good seasons they will get from him, than better that that 10m from Juventus.
