It's about why they felt they had to leave to achieve their targets.
Clearly something is rotten about the way the club is being ran, I don't know enough about what's happening inside to say whether it's at a board or manager level, however I'd say wherever the problem Wenger or the Board are party to it and it needs significant change to fix this mess.
