Friday in the first 5 day week back after Christmas.

It is normally by about Tuesday lunchtime that I have had it drained out of me and I start counting down to Friday.

1st day of the 1st full 5 day week of the year, it gets better every week from now until Christmas.

was still pissed from Sunday. Haven't had a drink this week though :-(

Thought it was cancer. Turns out its some rare weird c**ting genetic disease which only appears in later life and can take two years to kill you while you gradually lose all your faculties. Mate (who is 42) has to go for 'genetic counselling' before tests on himself to see if he has it. Will take 3 mths before he has results and must also decide whether to test his 3 kids. :-(
Maybe not an interesting story but kind of puts things in perspective.

had a couple of glasses of wine watching the Swansea game with my lunch. Which pretty much sums up my alcohol intake this year!!
