As a club we have stuck rigidly, rightly or wrongly, to a pay structure that in the world of business would be applauded as being fair & ensuring harmony within the workplace. Now that we have gone down this slippery road of "caving" in aren't we going to become just another club that whores itself to the mercenaries
of agents & their clients?
