Roman not happy with a lot of the senior players. Felt they didn't give their all for AVB. What annoyed him the most was the fact they won the CL which just showed what they could've achieved if they had.

Wants the seniors out. Ashley, Lampard, Terry and Essien.

And as fast as possible. He wants to be able to sell the side to Pep in the summer ie young vibrant team who need guidance from the best + a hefty bankroll to fall back on.
