Why didn't the Packers take their time out prior to the Vikings taking theirs with

I think the Pack could have stopped it with 10/12 seconds???? They had two and used one to ice the FG kicker

They were stunned BY AD's 1st down conversion run with about 15 seconds left, and they had two time outs and let it run down to 2seconds when the Vikings then took theirs in FG range.
