View Full Version : We had three joints of meat on Christmas Day and as a result, there's a lot of turkey left. How long
is it acceptable to use this in sandwiches/pick at from the fridge for?

in the sauce for 15 minutes on a low heat.
You can add some ham/sweetcorn/leek or whatever and make a lush pie. Better than turkey curry.
Freeze the excess for next time.
