Putting something back in press (a rare occurrence in itself) and knocked over a full glass bottle of olive oil, which smashed on tiles, he then slipped on the oil and fell onto the glass. Cue panic stations! Poor fella was hysterical - "I'm going to bleed out and die "!
Worst part was trying to clean up the olive oil afterwards ...
