CL does little for me.

We qualify every year, we go out every year. I get little or indeed no joy from our annual progression through relatively easy groups to simply go out when we meet a decent side.

Perhaps that is the root of the indifference on my behalf.

I know we're goign to go out so the associated glory of qualifying from our group leaves me un-moved so I am then un-moved as to the permutations of the draw.

I get much more excitment fromt he Premiership where I start the season thinking we could win it, then there is the challenge of at least getting 4th which is realistic and a target.
