Why can't you just use a cashpoint like any normal person

Takes all the money out of the till and puts it on his debit card. There is a cashpoint 2 minutes walk away. WHY? I reckon he thinks that by using an ATM he will have all his money stolen or something. *****.

he buys things off ebay and then phones the person to pay rather than putting his card details on the net. He's paranoid about losing his money, of which he is so fond.
