Gervinho and Chamakh are dead to me now.

No Premiership side can afford to have desperate strikers like them leading the line.

we have, it seems, that can make things happen (ie - unlock a defence). I would like to have seen him have a chance playing behind the striker.

He's also an example of how spending money on 'proven quality' doesn't always work.
