my advice to you is to bench podolski, alot is made of gervinho, but gervinho is a nothing player who spend most of last season in the bench and will this season too, your problem is podolski who's started all but one league games. imo he'll get you the sack, dont spend the next 6 months trying to force him in. and stop playing ramsey as a rigtht winger, and you'll be fine.

looking back at his career and his half a season with us so far....i wouldnt change my formation for him.....he isnt that reliable ..i would simply bench him imo

giroud in the middle, theo on the right...ox on the left is the only available option....we could also play cazorla on the left in a front 3 and move jack behind the striker...but that would require a defensive midfielder next to arteta...which we can get in january
