Robson - "There's coaches here who could take over. Steve Bould is a very good coach but he's not allowed to coach them - he doesn't do any coaching - "Terry Burton is another. And they've also got a scout called John Cartwright who is probably the best football mind I've ever worked with. He's just looking at players.
- They're the people who should be in charge of Arsenal Football Club."
Gibbs - Kieran Gibbs has revealed how new assistant Arsenal boss Steve Bould and first team coach Neil Banfield have changed Arsenal’s coaching set-up.
Bould and Banfield were promoted to their new roles during the summer, and full back Gibbs says they both bring something new to training.
“[Bould] has his own view of the game and he goes through a lot of detail after matches,” Gibbs told Four Four Two.
“He makes sure everyone understands their unique roles and we’ve worked on a number of things, including how to face attackers and moving up the pitch as a unit.
On former academy and reserves coach Banfield, he said: “He’s more involved with the midfielders than the defenders, but he gives you little bits of advice when he can.
“Obviously having worked with the reserves before, he knows the players who he thinks can make the step up.
“He was an important part of my development, as well as the likes of Jack [Wilshere] and Emmanuel [Frimpong].
