We have to face facts an era is over. It is not the end of the world. We were hopeless in the mid sixties and then won the 42 league game double 5 years later.

He needs to recognise that he's carried us to the limits of his ability in the current climate and call it a day.
He has to be given a chance to turn it around to the end of the season regardless of what many of us think.
