I dread where we will end up in fact. He has Arsenal running throuhg nhis veins whne he goes we will be run by a yank & a sidekick that looks at us as a commoditiy. In other words we will become just like any other club.
I know this is not popular but one of the worst things to happen was Dein getting the boot. He might have been underhand but he was bang on about where football was heading.

And don't tell me life goes on. Tell that to a child who has lost their father and another man then breezes into their life.

that is the bit which rather ruins the poor old DD story

That and the way his c**t of a son has undermined the club at every turn

He hired a competent GM and an experienced coach who knows what he is doing. They are markedly improved with a chance of sneaking into the playoffs at this late date in the season. He know how to pull a trigger. He just believes in not being knee-jerk and leaves it to the people he hires. It does have to be clear that the job isn't getting done on a long term basis, not just a few bad results.

The fact that Wenger saw fit to play his strongest XI in what has been previously regarded as good experience for the yoof speaks volumes about our "hidden gems". The fact we lost is just more damning evidence.

club's decline. You've been quite balanced. Are you sure you belong here on AWIMB?
