I understand the sentiment but he'd still wield enormous influence over the playing side of the club and meddle in the affairs of a new manager.
A fresh approach is what's needed.
I'd have misgivings over the integrity of any new manager who'd accept Wenger as an authority figure at the club.
Wenger has no commercial input so what exactly would you being employing him to do ?
