He did declare though, that he wanted to take a dividend out of the club.

I think he once suggested to raise money by issuing more shares, which either Stan would have to buy to retain his control, or Usmanov would buy to increase his share. Both of these are against the interests of the owner of the club, and therefore unrealistic.
