that, to paraphrase a line in the west wing about gun ownership, it's not so much the idea of wenger/the board being culpable that we dislike, it's the people who tend to hold the idea.

We are miles away from being out of the race for CL qualification this season, and it is still very early.

I feel for Piers Morgan and his followers everytime their ludicrous bellowing is followed by the run of good form that results in us actually doing rather well every season. It shows them up for being the reactionary plebs that they are.

And even if we don't make the top four this season, I want Wenger to be given till the end of this contract, at least.

it's quite alright to fight for the 4th place "trophy", whilst distributing equal wages Commie-style to good and **** players alike, is a bit perilous. Not to mention the "shiny new stadium" is one of the worst grounds atmosphere-wise on this jolly little planet. Arsene could also save himself a lot of grief from the press if he actually bothered to give semi-decent interviews, instead of the usual cliched claptrap he now spouts on a robotic basis. For one, it doesn't befit a man of his intelligence.

But it's hard to imagine us winning the league until the perfect storm of City, Chelsea and United all having atrocious seasons at the same time occurs.

We have to accept that realistically 4th is our goal in the league and that the best we can hope for is an FA/Milk cup win along the way to boost spirits, and perhaps a nice CL run.

Wenger can hardly be held to blame for the poor atmosphere at our stadium. You can say it is down to the board for raising prices to ludicrous levels to cover the stadium, but even then, rich people can sing too, can't they?

only be interested in talking **** and their limited vocabulary of cliches probably begets the same response from Arsene.

Otherwise all even the best ones would get would be money and you couldn't expect that to satisfy them.
