But I liked his point about when the likes of Henry etc came along they had experienced Arsenal players there to guide the new ones.

Our current team is nearly a 100% turnaround of players in the past 2 years. Apart from a couple of players like Sagna, Rosicky.

He also said that money would have to be spent to challenge again but didn't specify where that money would come from. Of course, he is hardly the first to do this.
