Yes, Quincy is the PERFECT example. Cool name, outrageous skills (very occasionally) and complete and utter inconsistency and lack of application.

The Quintessence of the could've, should've, never was gooner legend.

ALL these prospects need to do one thing outrageously well to whet the appetite of fans, other players and coaches. The fact that they can't do anything else is usually their fatal flaw.

A bit like Carlos Vela, arguably the best in the world at the dinked lob running into the box from an angle. But what else can he do??? Ahem...
