individual errors are more exposed and easier to punish when you are collectively weak.
We conceded exactly the same goal in Schalke as we did against Spurs, i.e. 3 defenders were playing off side and 1 defender was going with the runner, for example. It actually looks worse than in previous seasons, but we were making different collective errors in previous seasons.

The first thought of a defender should be to defend and not concede goals. They have the mentality of 10 years olds.

But the recklessness is a symptom of the problem, not a cause imo
